ADMISSION NOTICE (2023-2024)

Instructions Regarding Admissions:

• 1. Availability of Admission Forms: Forms for admission to SH.A.S.H.P JYOTI SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL for the academic session 2023-24 will be available on the school website or from the school office.
• 2. Submission of Forms: Parents of students seeking admission to SH.A.S.H.P JYOTI SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL must submit the forms, duly completed, at the school office (between 10:00 am to 12:00 noon on working days) with all the enclosures, certificates, documents etc attached.
• 3. Rs 50/- will be charged as Registration Fee at the time of submission of Admission forms.
• 4. Registration fee is non-refundable and submission of the form does not in any way guarantee admission. Parents are requested to clarify any doubt(s) before making payment. Admission will be given purely on the “basis of First Come First Serve.”
• 5. The last date of submission of forms is May, 2023.
• 6. Incomplete forms, or those filled with wrong information, may be rejected.
• 7. Kindly bring your child’s original birth and other certificate(s) along with one copy each, at the time of submission of admission form.

ADMISSION ELIGIBILITY:

Age Criterions: Should have completed 3 years as on 31st March, 2023 for seeking admission to NURSERY for session 2023-24, 1 Year added to each subsequent class.

Admission Criteria for KG:

FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.

Documents Required for Admission:

• 1. One recent passport size photographs of the child to be attached to the form.
• 2. Original Birth certificate/Attested Copy.
• 3. Original Transfer certificate from the school last attended, duly Counter Signed by the concerned Competent Authority.
• 4. Attested Copy of Aadhaar Cards (Student & Parents).
• 5 Copy of Caste Certificate.
