As scheduled by MHRD of India, Swachhata Pakhwada was observed in school in the month of September. Various activities were conducted to create the awareness for cleanliness. Students were informed that Swachh Bharat Mission or Abhiyaan is a country wide campaign initiated by the Government of India in 2014 to make India a clean country. They were informed about the importance of clean surroundings in one's life. Under this, a plantation drive, cleanliness drive, hand wash and personal hygiene activity was carried out. Under this, we had activities on Hand wash and personal hygiene in which teachers informed the importance of hand wash and maintaining personal hygiene. Plantation drive too was carried under it.
